Help Police Find This Man Charged with a Local Robbery

The Rome City Police Department and Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in locating this week's Wanted Person of the Week, who is wanted on a bench warrant from Rome City Court.

Police say, Jack R. Carter is wanted on two separate Rome City Court Arrest Warrants. Carter is wanted for Robbery in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny. The charges stem from a Domestic Incident that occurred in March of 2026. Mr. Carter has no known address but is believed to be in the Rome or Utica area, according to Detective Shane Riolo.

One Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor)
