Watch How Quickly a 3-Car Accident on the Arterial Turns into a Traffic Jam

A 3-car accident on the North-South Arterial in Utica on Wednesday afternoon quickly turned into a traffic jam in the north-bound lane, quickly backing up traffic for over a mile.

There were no life threatening injuries according to authorities and there was extensive damage to the vehicles involved.
