Waterville Man Arrested Following Domestic Dispute In Marshall

A Waterville man is accused of violating an order of protection after deputies responded to a domestic incident in the Town of Marshall.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 38-year-old Gregory Getman allegedly became physical with a resident on Bogan Road, who had an order of protection against him.

Getman fled the scene prior to deputies arrival, however he returned to the residence the next day and was arrested.

He's facing charges of Criminal Contempt and Harrasment. He was arraigned and remanded to Oneida County Jail in lieu of bail.
