Who Should Replace Dean Skelos as Majority Leader?

Who, if anyone, should replace New York Senator Dean Skelos as Majority Leader?

Skelos and his son, Adam, are facing federal corruption charges.  Although he is not expected to resign his seat as a state senator, he is expected to resign from the leadership.
