13th Annual Rome Walk & Run Offers Pre-Registration For America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk

Its a big weekend in Rome for America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk.

The 13th annual Rome Run and Walk is taking place at Rome Free Academy, and you can also pre-register for March's Heart Run and Walk in Utica.

Kristy Smorol of the American Heart Association says this year you will have the option to run an outdoor 5k, but if you don't like the cold, there's plenty to do indoors at RFA.

Smorol says its still not too late to get involved and if you show up to RFA tomorrow, you'll be welcomed with open arms.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Opening Ceremony will be held at 9:00.
