Vescera Endorsed by Oneida County Conservative Party

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Common Councilman Frank Vescera has received the Conservative Party endorsement for his re-election bid for the council's First Ward seat.

Oneida County Conservative Party Chair, Julie Miller says that Vescera, a Democrat, received the party's support based on his ongoing fiscal responsibility.  Earlier this month, First Ward resident John Adams, a Republican, announced he will be running against Vescera for the council's First Ward seat.
