Alabama Coach Supporting Law Aimed at Curbing Youth Suicides
A college coach is taking steps to reduce the suicide rate among the nation's youth.
Alabama coach Nick Saban is supporting the proposed Jason Flatt Act.
The legislation is named after a 16-year-old who took his own life in 1997,
Coach Saban started working with the Jason Foundation while he was a coach at Louisiana State University.
The act is already law in seventeen states in the United States.
