Annsville Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Young Girl

An Annsville man is facing a felony charge for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

38-year old Matthew Darling is charged with first- degree sexual abuse.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say Darling had sexual contact with a girl under 11 years old in the Town of Annsville.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
