Boilermaker Community Mile Postponed

The Boilermaker Community Mile, which was scheduled to take place on July 7th, has been postponed due to a lack of sign ups.

There's been no reschedule date at this time. People who have signed up will get their money back.

This year's mile was to set take place in FT Proctor Park, with the proceeds to benefit the renovation of the park system.

‘We’re going to have a few focus group meetings post-Boilermaker to see what we can do to garner community interest’ said Tim Reed President of the Boilermaker. ‘Community mile events have been growing throughout the U.S.: We’ll figure this out.
