- The Public Comment portion of the Utica City Common Council meetings may be going away. Former mayor Tim Julian shares his thoughts on that, and his continued push to take Utica taxpayers off the hook for 40% of the puposed downtown hospital parking garage.

- Teresa Dunn and two students from the House of the Good Shepherd are in this morning to perform and promote their annual 'Child Promise' campaign. Kylie and Jovaan did a wonderful job.
