The annual Boilermaker Expo is in full swing at the Mohawk Valley Community College campus. The Expo is designed to promote health and fitness to Boilermaker runners, their families and non-runners alike. Over the weekend leading up to the Boilermaker Road Race the Expo at MVCC is expecting to bring in more than 50,000 visitors in just two days.

Visitors to the Expo have an opportunity to sample products ranging from beef jerky and spice rubs to the latest in athletic wear and everything in between. You can even get a chiropractic adjustment before having a sample of Chobani Greek yogurt or a Saranac beverage.

Other on site events include registration for the kids run, healthy cooking demonstrations, a hands-only CPR demonstration, and a runner's forum.

The Expo is being held in and around the Jorgensen Center Building on the MVCC campus today until 7 p.m. and tomorrow from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. To visit the Boilermaker web site, click here.
