Brouillette Sworn In As Oneida County Family Court Judge [VIDEO]

Julia Brouillette was sworn in as Oneida County Family Court Judge on Friday.

Brouillette has spent the past eight years serving within the Family Court system and says that has prepared her for the job as Judge.

"I was Court Attorney Referee for so many years, So I've already done a lot of what I will be doing as a Judge, I've already been doing that for eight years."

She added that she's excited to begin her new role and she and her staff will work hard for the families of Oneida County.

Brouillette beat out Dawn Catera-Lupi and Karen Stanislaus for the position in November.
