Assembly candidate and Utica School Board President Chris Salatino defended his case to be on the ballot for the Democratic primary in the 119th Assembly District.

"I did nothing wrong" Salatino told WIBX's Bill Keeler.  He faces a challenge from Democratic opponent Maryann Buttienschon, who challenged his petitions in court.

The judge ruled Salatino off the ballot for what he labeled fraudulent signatures.  Salatino denies all of the allegations and is appealing to the NYS Appellate Court in Rochester.
