Domestic Incident Involving Knife Lands Man In Jail

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was taken to the county lock-up following a domestic incident on Spring Street. According to police, 29-year-old Kamal Canteberry is charged with Menacing and Criminal Possession of a Weapon for allegedly threatening to harm his girlfriend. Officials say during the dispute, Canteberry held a kitchen knife to the victims head. Canteberry will face the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
