Ensuring A Ready Workforce In The Mohawk Valley [AUDIO]

Area business leaders gathered at the Holiday Inn today for a program on Ensuring a Ready Workforce in the Mohawk Valley.

The keynote speaker was Bill Millett of Scope View Strategic Advantage.

MIllett says one of the keys to developing a workforce for the future is early childhood education.

He says the United States needs to do a better job focusing on the issue.

Other speakers included Robert Geer, Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer of SUNY Poly and Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, who talked about his Vision 2020 Project.
