Ex-Employee Pleads Guilty To Stealing From Concrete Company
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — A former employee has pleaded guilty to stealing nearly $87,000 from the concrete company where he worked.
Erie County prosecutors say 36-year-old Justin Corbett of Arcade may face immigration action following his guilty plea Monday. A Canadian citizen, Corbett pleaded guilty to criminal possession of stolen property.
Authorities say Corbett was a customer service representative at Kistner Concrete Products in Pembroke between 2014 and 2016 when the theft occurred.
He faces a maximum of five to 15 years in prison when he's sentenced in April.
