F.X. Matt To Release “Brewer’s Dozen” To Honor 125 Years Of Business

It's been 125 years since the F.X. Matt Brewing Company began making beverages. Since then it's been a wild ride.

To thank its loyal Saranac drinking customers, the company is adding a free pint of its limited edition Legacy IPA to its twelve packs of select brews.

Fourth generation brewer and President, Nick Matt, says the Legacy IPA is modelled off the original F.X. Matt's IPA recipe, using ingredients available at the time.

"I think it's really cool," Matt said. "We've made it 125 years, and I think you'll see us around for hopefully another 125."

The Brewer's Dozen packs can be found starting in mid-June, and will be included in White IPA, Pale Ale and seasonal trail mixes.
