Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Oswego County

West Monroe, NY (WIBX) - Another fatal motorcycle accident in New York, this time on Saturday in the Town of West Monroe in Oswego County.

36-Year old Richard Proper of Hastings lost control of his 2006 Harley Davidson on County Route 11 and crashed into a guard rail.

Proper was pronounced dead at the scene. State Police are continuing to investigate.
