Two Women Sought In House Party Attack And Theft

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are looking for two African American women, accused of attacking another woman at a house party and stealing her purse. According to officials, the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, (2/25) at 604 Saratoga Street. The suspects allegedly jumped the victim, and ripped away her purse while she was on the ground during the beating. They are also accused of pushing her down a flight of stairs after the attack and theft.

Police say the purse contained a check, money, as well as, the victims identification. Anyone with information about the incident, or the whereabouts of the two suspects, is asked to contact Utica Police Criminal Investigation Division at (315) 223-3510. Officials say all calls or tips will remain anonymous.
