Floyd Man Facing Rape Charge

A Town of Floyd man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an underage girl.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 30-year old Cody Moon-Perkins had sexual contact with a 15-year old girl last October in the Town of Westmoreland.

Perkins is charged with rape.

An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim and services have been offered through the Child Advocacy Center.
