Former Town Of Lenox Employee Facing Fraud Charges
A former Town of Lenox highway employee has been arrested for fraud and falsifying business records
State Police say 36-year old Adam Cesario of Lenox allegedly used the Town of Lenox Highway Department's tax-exempt account to avoid sales tax on purchases related to a personally owned auto repair shop.
Police say an investigation also determined that Cesario had claimed on a time sheet to have been working at the town of Lenox Highway Department, when in fact he was not.
Cesario is charged with tax fraud, offering a false instrument for filing and falsifying business records.
