Former Oneida County Legislator and Republican candidate for County Executive David Gordon says his campaign continues to focus on open and honest government.

Standing outside the Pirnie Federal Building in Utica on Tuesday, Gordon says he's released his personal 2018 income taxes to the public and he's calling on County Executive Anthony Picente to do the same.

He also challenged Picente to a debate.  Gordon says the debate can be held anytime before June 25th any location, except for quote -- "The very unprofessional, administered fake news at WIBX 950. Gordon referred to WIBX's Bill Keeler Show as a "circus."

Gordon also refused to answer a question from a WIBX reporter who attended the news conference.

Gordon will face Picente in a June primary.
