A Herkimer woman was arrested a total of three times by Herkimer Police in a span of 20 hours.

37-year old Kimberly Erb allegedly struck a man numerous times and threatened to kill him during a domestic incident on Monday.

Erb was charged with assault and was issued an order of protection, prohibiting her from any contact with the victim.

Police say Erb texted the victim that night and was found standing in front of the victim's home the following morning, violating the order of protection.  She was charged with criminal contempt.

Erb was also charged with criminal contempt in connection with the texting incident.
