Household Hazardous Waste Collection Ending Soon

The Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority's 2017 Household Hazardous waste collection season is coming to an end soon.

The last day to drop off your household hazardous waste is September 30th.

Waste accepted includes oil-based and latex paints, pesticides, oven cleaners and photographic chemicals.

Certain businesses may also qualify to use the facility. To obtain approval, please call Superintendent of Waste Collection William Schrader at (315) 733-1224 ext. 1100.

The Authority's EcoDop location on Leland Avenue will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:00 and Saturday from 7:00 to 2:00 through the end of the month.
