Household Hazardous Waste Facility Open For The Season
The Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority's Household Hazardous Waste Facility is open for its 26th season.
Residents can drop off paint, chemicals and other hazardous household waste at the facility off Leland Avenue Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:00 and Saturday from 7:00 to 2:00.
Certain businesses may also qualify to use the facility. For more information, call (315) 733-1224 ext. 1100.

The facility will be open until September 30th.
Since the Authority began collecting household waste, nearly one-million gallons of paint and chemicals have been disposed of.
