An annual pilgrimage for faithful boxing fans is being made to Canastota, NY this weekend.

The International Boxing Hall of Fame's induction festivities kicked off on Thursday and continue through the weekend. It includes a golf outing, banquet, VIP reception, ringside lectures and autograph card show, and more (see the full schedule here).

The celebration culminates Sunday with the Parade of Champions in downtown Canastota, to be followed by the induction ceremony.

Hector 'Macho' Camacho is the biggest name heading to the hall this year. However, he's being posthumously honored as he was tragically shot to death in his native Puerto Rico in 2012. Lupe Pintor and Hilario Zapata are two other fighters who are hall-bound this weekend.
