Ilion Man Charged With Pointing Long Gun At Police Officers

An Ilion man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a long gun at Ilion Police officers.

Police were called to a home on West Clark Street, where they found 51-year old Robert Fahey on the second-story porch of the home.

Fahey eventually complied with officers and dropped the long gun off the porch.

He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of menacing a police officer.

Ilion Police were assisted by Mohawk Police.
