Ilion Man Involved In Police Chase Facing More Charges

The Ilion man who was involved in a police chase that resulted in a head-on crash last week is now facing additional charges.

Ilion Police have charged 34-year old Eric Henderson with three counts of reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Henderson is also charged with numerous traffic violations.

Police had an active felony arrest warrant out on Henderson for rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Henderson is being held in the Herkimer County Jail without bail.
