Actor Jon Seda has been named the Grand Marshal for the 2015 Boxing Hall of Fame Parade of Champions.

Seda, who stars in the hit NBC drama "Chicago P.D." is a former amateur boxer who was a runner up in the 1989 New Jersey Golden Gloves.

"Words can't express how humbled and honored I am in being named the Grand Marshal of this year’s Boxing Hall of Fame! These men are warriors, who from their first fight to their last, stepped into the ring with passion and confidence, and no matter what the outcome, they walked away knowing they gave everything they had!" said Seda.

The Parade of Champions will take place in Canastota on Sunday, June 14th at 1:00 prior to the start of the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies.

This year's inductees include Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini, Riddick Bowe and "Prince" Naseem Hamed.
