Judge Says Brandon Clark Cannot Withdraw Guilty Plea

An Oneida County Court Judge has ruled that Brandon Clark cannot withdraw his guilty plea in the death of 17-year old Bianca Devins last July.

Clark had pleaded guilty to Bianca’s murder in February.

Judge Michael Dwyer heard oral arguments on Clark’s request earlier this month.

Clark will be sentenced on November 10^th.

He faces 25 years to life in prison.
