Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer will decide whether a conversation recorded by State Police can be used at Mark Scheidelman's upcoming trial.

The Trenton Town Supervisor was in court this morning for pre-trial motions.

The 53-year old Scheidelman is charged with one count of sex abuse for allegedly inappropriately touching a 7-year old boy last November.

Scheidelman's has rejected a plea offer from the District Attorney's Office.

His trial is set to begin on May 20th.
