The chairperson of the Citizens Equal Rights Alliance says the agreement between the Oneida Indian Nation and New York State won't bring an end to the ongoing lawsuits.

Joining WIBX First News with Keeler in the Morning, Bachmann explained the cases 'her side' has won, and her belief that the 'rush' to pass the agreement is a manipulation, possibly tied to a pending decision from the courts.

Bachmann says even if New York State and Oneida and Madison counties pull out of their lawsuit, it will not impact other, related suits.
