Juvenile Charged With Having Sex With Two Young Girls

A Utica teen has been arrested for allegedly have sex with two children.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say the 14-year old boy is charged with two counts each of rape and sexual abuse.

They say the incidents happened in Utica and involved two girls under the age of 11.

The teen, who's name is not being released, was processed at the Utica Police Department and was released to a family member on appearance tickets returnable to Utica Juvenile Probation.

Both of the victims have been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
