Marcy Town Budget Decreases Again
For the 21st time in 22 years, Marcy residents will see decease in their town taxes.
The 2014 budget released by Town Supervisor Brian Scala totals $4.3 million, a reduction of just over 4% from this year or a savings of $188,000.
That means sewer and water tax rates will decrease while the highway and sanitation tax rate will remain the same..
There will be a public hearing on the budget on October 24th at 6:30.
The Town Board will the vote on the budget at their regular meeting at 7:00.
