Ryan Raburn delivered a pinch-hit, two-run homer in the seventh-inning to give the Rockies the lead and an eventual 4-3 win over the Mets on Sunday, completing a three-game sweep in Colorado.

Raburn's opposite field bomb came off reliever Jim Henderson (0-2, 2.08), who had just been called in to replace Jacob deGrom. The 27-year-old starter was yanked after 102 pitches over 6 1/3 innings - deGrom started the seventh by walking DJ LaMahieu, then striking out Dustin Garneau. He finished with a line of three earned runs on four hits and three walks.

New York's attempt at a rally in the eighth was cut short by a contested runner-out-of-the-baseline call on Juan Lagares that resulted in an inning-ending double play. With runners at first and second and one out, Lucas Duda hit a dribbler to third. The fielder made an attempt to tag Lagares who avoided the swipe by taking a step out of the base path. The call was unsuccessfully argued by manager Terry Collins.

Eric Campbell gave David Wright a day off at third and had two hits, including a two-out single in the ninth. Wright then came off the bench to pinch hit behind Campbell but grounded out to finish the sweep and end and awful 11-game road trip for the Mets. They went 4-7 after stops in San Diego, L.A., and Colorado and now head home riding a four-game losing streak. New York has sunk to third in the N.L. East but have a chance to makeup ground with division leader Washington headed to Citi Field on Tuesday.
