Officials at Mohawk Valley Community College say they're monitoring President Trump's travel ban for immigrants to determine the implications it may have on students, faculty and staff.

MVCC has about 60 international students from 18 Muslim-majority nations, none of whom are from the seven countries affected by the current ban on travel.

They say the indirect impact the action may have on the substantial number of their refugee and immigrant students remains unknown.

SUNY officials say the nation's largest public university system currently has 320 enrolled students who come from the effected countries.
