National Attention On West Virginia Divorce [VIDEO]

Winfield, WV (WIBX) - Video from the West Virginia courtroom of Judge William M. "Chip" Hawkins is drawing national attention. 

What began as a private divorce matter between a local pastor and his wife in the town of Winfield became fodder for the media when the Rev. Arthur D. Hage took his marital woes to the local paper.  Soon thereafter a picture of Judge's home was posted in the paper, leading to a series of vandalisms and fear by the judge's family.  The story appears in the West Virginia Record.

In this video the Judge "loses" his cool.  Some say, given the circumstances, he was justified.  Others disagree.  In either case Rev. Hage has filed ethics complaints and the Judge has recused himself from the matter.   Pardon the pun, but you be the judge.
