Utica, NY (WIBX) - The 18th Annual Neighborhood Cleanup has been rescheduled. According to the Cornhill Neighborhood Association, the event will now take place on May 7th, starting at 10:00 a.m. The group plans to meet at Kemble Park, in Utica. Main cleanup targets include James Street and the surrounding area.
