Funding is now available for businesses in Utica's Bagg's Square neighborhood.

The newly created Entrepreneur Investment Program is designed to assist with the cost of expansion or improvements of small businesses.

The funding was announced by the Bagg's Square Association, Cornell Cooperative Extension R2G Urban Studio and the City of Utica.

Applicants are eligible to receive matching funds from $1,000 to $ 5,000 per project in the form of reimbursements for approved expenses.

The applications will be accepted year round and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
