A New York State parolee is facing five charges after Utica Police and US Marshals found cocaine and heroin inside his home.

On February 12th, UPD's METRO Unit and Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at the Churchill Ave. home of Ebae Shambley, 35, where officers allegedly found drugs and a scale.

He is charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
