New York State Pistol Permit Opt-Out Forms Available Online

State Police are reminding pistol owners that opt-out forms are now available online.

The NY SAFE Act protects the privacy of pistol permit holders by letting them notify their licensing officer that they do not want their information to be released publicly.

The forms must be submitted on or before May 15th.
