New York’s Largest Water Theme Park Opens Today

The temperatures may not be in the 90s anymore, but the rest of the week looks beautiful and the weather is perfect for taking the kids to New York's largest water theme park. Today is your first chance of the season to "Get Wet!"

The first water slide constructed at Water Safari was in January of 1984 and that was the start of a journey to over 50 rides and attractions and 32 heated water rides. Also available at Water Safari are classic amusement rides, fun food, exciting games, cool shops, private cabanas, storybook themed characters, a family circus show and more.

Located in the scenic Adirondack Mountains in Old Forge this picturesque water park offers the perfect backdrop for a day of family fun. Water Safari and its parent company are once again offering 'Stay 'N Play' packages, which includes discounted lodging at either the Old Forge Camping Resort or Water's Edge Inn.

Enchanted Forest Water Safari will officially open on Wednesday, June 14th, 2017.
