NY Mills Man Charged With Sexual Abuse

A New York Mills man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child under the age of 14.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has charged Harry Santiago-Rodriguez with criminal sexual act.

Santiago-Rodriguez was arraigned in Rome City Court and sent to the County jail on $25,000 bail.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
