Syracuse, NY (WIBX) - The New York State Fair continues to roll out exciting exhibits for families, while bringing in elements everyone can enjoy.
New this year is the monarch butterfly exhibit in the Horticulture Building. Fair goers can learn about butterflies and purchase nectar to attract them, too.

Other events include a Rainforest exhibit, the Living Floral Trees stilt walkers at Chevy Court and the Great Lakes Lumberjack Show, with chainsaw carving, wood chopping and more.

Past acts will also return, such as the BMX trick show featuring nine time world champion Mike Steidley, the Walker Brothers circus and Bandaloni, the one man band.

Kids also have the chance to shine, with the chance to take part in the "Kids Celebration," an interactive game show with friendly team style competitions.

On the last day of the fair, visitors are encouraged to see the Agriculture Extravaganza in the Toyota Coliseum. Farm animals will abound as produce farmers educate the public about food and clothing.

A full listing of this year's events can be found on the New York State Fair website.
