Palmieri Announces Community Budget Meetings
Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri will be holding four community meetings to discuss his proposed budget with residents.
The first meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 14th at 5:30 at the Empowerment Center on James Street. (East Utica)
The schedule for the other community budget meetings is as follows:
- North Utica- Monday February 26th 6:30pm, North Utica Senior Center (50 Riverside Dr.)
- West Utica- Wednesday February 28th 7:00pm, West Utica Senior Center (717 Court St.)
- South Utica- Monday March 12th 6:00pm, Notre Dame Elementary School (11 Barton Ave)
Palmieri's $72.5 million budget for 2018-19 carries a 7.8 percent property tax increase.
