Left-handed reliever Pedro Feliciano is heading back to the only team he's ever pitched for at the Major League level, the New York Mets.

Both sides came to terms on a Minor League contract this week, including an invite to Spring Training.

Feliciano, now 36, has been under contract with several teams over the course of his baseball career, but has never appeared in a big league game with any team other than the Mets.

He pitched for the Mets from 2002-2004, and returned for another stint with the team from 2006-2010 when he emerged as a reliable lefty specialist. His success earned him a two-year, $8 million deal with the Yankees in 2001, but problems in his pitching shoulder prevented him from ever taking the mound in pinstripes.
