The week of April 27th is Teen Safety Week in Oneida County.

County Executive Anthony Picente says the week will include the Teen Safety and Education Program, which is presented annually to high school students prior to prom season.  The program will be presented in all 13 school districts in the county.

And the 4th annual Stop DWI Baseball Classic will take place on May 1st and 2nd at Delutis Field in Rome.

Picente says both the education program and baseball tournament are aimed at making youth aware of the consequences of drinking and driving.
