Popeyes Opens In Utica

Area residents now have a new fast food option.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held this morning for the new Popeyes on Genesee Street near Oneida Square.

Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri says the restaurant will mean 70 new jobs.
