The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has made two arrests for alleged promotion of prison contraband.

On Wednesday morning Anthony Felder was visiting his son, Kendall Jackson, who is an inmate at the Oneida County Correctional Facility. Deputies say during the visit Felder passed his son a Hydrocodone pill. After the transaction Felder was taken into custody without incident.

Consequently both Jackson and Felder were charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st degree, which is a Class 'D' Felony.
