Rome Man Accused Of Inappropriate Contact With Child

A Rome man has been arrested for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a young girl.

60-year old John Secor, Sr. is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The Oneida County Child advocacy Center says the incident took place on or around Thanksgiving 2017 in Rome

An order of protection will be requested through the court.

The victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
